It’s always a pleasure working with my very talented friend, Betsy Wall! When she asked me to second shoot this wedding with her over the 4th of July weekend she said it would be gorgeous, man was she right! The locations, details, and styling of this event made this wedding a photographers dream. Not to mention, Sam & Aaron and their families were fabulous to work with. Days like this make me realize I am so lucky to be able to do my dream job.

So all around this was a fabulous wedding that I was happy to be part of! The full list of vendors are at the bottom of the post and I would recommend any one of them. Thank you to Betsy for letting me share some of their photos on my blog! The photos are taken over five locations and many hours. I had so many favorites and I wasn’t even the lead photographer!

The styling and decor was impeccable and so fun to photograph. There was no shortage of color, texture, and details.     

There were so many great things about this wedding but my favorite had to be listening to and watching the wedding band, Northstar. This group has TALENT! Their style and energy made for a great vibe at the reception, and kept the dance floor packed.

A’BULAE is a newer wedding venue in downtown St. Paul. They renovated the top two floors of a parking ramp and made it into a swanky place to dance the night away. Pretty smart use of space if you ask me! It’s convenient to get to, and the ramp below makes it easy for guests to park. Look at those rows of windows, too!

And a great bonus feature of this venue is getting to go on the rooftop at sunset!
